We’re back!

We’re thrilled be back operating a new normal in at the DrBK Clinic!
Whilst we have always maintained a strict level of sterilisation in our Clinical environment, we have introduced new special measures in line with government guidelines, to ensure the safety of our patients and staff at all times. Our team have worked and continue to work tirelessly to ensure we are extra cautious with safety measures, including:
✅ Temperature checks at the door on arrival
✅ Hand sanitisation on arrival and regularly throughout your appointment
✅ PPE provided for patients including masks & shoe coverings
✅ Staggered appointment times (Only one patient at a time in the clinic)
✅ Full sterilization of reception and surgery rooms between all patients
✅ All clinical staff in upgraded PPE which is disposed of/changed in between patients.
In addition, the team have spent time critically looking at every aspect of the practice, removing all non-essential items to reduce the number of objects that may act as fomites (surfaces on which microorganisms may reside and can potentially be the cause of cross infection).
You may find that the practice may appear quite bare when you attend, and your experience may feel slightly different, but we promise we’re the same friendly team underneath all this PPE, ready to deliver our usual outstanding service!
We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding and adherence of our new measures during your appointments. It’s important to us that all of our patients feel 100% safe and comfortable within the walls of our clinic, and your positive feedback has made it all worthwhile.
