Benefits of the Clearlift treatment
Reduces fine lines & wrinkles
The Q-Switched fractional laser delivers targeted energy deep into the skin, stimulating collagen remodelling and cell renewal to visibly soften wrinkles and fine lines.
Improves dark and/or puffy under-eyes
The laser can be used anywhere on the face, neck and decolletage; including thin and delicate areas like the undereyes.
Firms and lifts sagging skin
By penetrating the dermis without damaging the epidermis, ClearLift boosts elastin and collagen production, tightening and firming loose skin over time.
Boosts collagen & elastin production
The laser’s photoacoustic energy creates controlled micro-injuries beneath the skin’s surface, triggering the body’s natural healing response and increasing collagen and elastin synthesis.
Improves scarring, skin texture & tone
The fractional laser energy breaks up damaged skin cells and promotes new cell turnover, reducing roughness, scars, uneven tone, pore size and dullness.
Fades pigmentation & melasma
ClearLift shatters excess melanin with short, high-energy pulses, gradually lightening dark spots and reducing hyperpigmentation without triggering inflammation or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
Painless & non-invasive
Unlike traditional lasers, ClearLift bypasses the outer layer of skin, delivering energy directly into the dermis without causing surface damage, making it completely pain-free with no downtime.
Safe for all skin tones
The Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser operates at a wavelength that targets pigmentation safely, making it suitable for all skin types, including darker and sensitive complexions.
Quick & convenient
Treatments take just 20–45 minutes, as the high-speed laser pulses allow for efficient coverage, making it ideal for busy individuals.
Treats multiple areas
The versatile laser settings allow ClearLift to be used on the face, neck, décolletage, hands, underarms, bikini line, elbows and more, effectively treating skin laxity, pigmentation, and textural concerns across various areas.

Clearlift FAQs
How does the Clearlift treatment work?
ClearLift uses a Q-Switched Nd:YAG fractional laser to deliver controlled energy pulses deep into the dermis, triggering collagen and elastin production while leaving the surface layer of the skin untouched.
What can be treated with Clearlift?
- Fine lines & wrinkles: Around the eyes, mouth, forehead, and neck
- Skin laxity & sagging: Firms and tightens skin
- Pigmentation & melasma: Reduces dark spots and evens skin tone
- Acne scars & textural issues: Smooths rough, scarred skin
- Dark circles & under-eye crepiness: Gentle yet effective for delicate areas
- Hyperpigmentation on the body: Treats dark patches on the body such as underarms, bikini line, elbows etc
Is the Clearlift treatment painful and is there downtime?
Unlike traditional ablative lasers, ClearLift is non-ablative, meaning it doesn’t damage or remove the top layer of skin. This makes it painless and requires zero downtime, allowing you to return to your daily routine immediately.
When will I notice results?
Most patients will notice an improvement in tone and texture after the first session with skin appearing tighter and more youthful, but optimal results develop over 3 months as collagen production increases.
How many sessions will I need?
For best results, we recommend 3–6 sessions, depending on your skin concerns. Each individual case will be assessed by our skin and laser technician.
Can ClearLift treat melasma?
Yes! Unlike IPL, which can sometimes worsen melasma, ClearLift gently breaks down pigmentation without heat damage, making it a safer option for melasma-prone skin.
What's the difference between melasma and other types of pigmentation?
Melasma is a type of hyperpigmentation caused by hormonal changes, sun exposure, and heat, appearing as brown or greyish patches, often symmetrical on the face. It can be deeper in the skin, making it harder to treat.
Other pigmentation, like sunspots, freckles, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation are usually surface-level and respond well to Dye SR IPL. Choosing the right treatment depends on the cause and depth of the pigmentation. Our ClearLift laser is the best treatment option for melasma, as IPL can sometimes worsen melasma.
Is ClearLift safe?
Yes! Not only is ClearLift is FDA-approved and non-invasive, it is also safe for use on all skin types, including darker skin.
Who is the ClearLift treatment suitable for?
- Anyone looking for skin rejuvenation & tightening without downtime
- People with pigmentation concerns (including melasma)
- Those with early signs of ageing, fine lines, and mild skin laxity
- Patients who want a safe, non-invasive treatment for delicate areas (e.g., under-eyes, neck, hands)
